About Adekunle Ajasin University
The Adekunle Ajasin Akungba University was founded in1999, as Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. It was later changed from Ekiti State University to Adekunle Ajasin Akungba University, Akungba-Akoko after Ekiti State was created out of Ondo State. The institution is led by Professor IGE, Olugbenga, the Vice Chancellor, with a total population of over 20,000 undergraduate students. it has six (6) faculties and about seventy-five (75) departments.
