In order to gain admission into the Adamawa State University through UTME, students must provide these requirements:
- Applicants must be up to sixteen (16) years of age.
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) Credits grades in their O’level results in (WAEC, NECO, and NABTEC). including mathematics and English Language, and any other three subjects relevant and related to the course they want to study. For instance, a Candidate that wants to study law must have a credit in Government/History, Literature in English, Economics, and Mathematics,
- The same applicant’s JAMB/UTME examination score must be at least 160 and above.
- You must make ADSU your first choice of institution
- ADSU accept direct entry students with a first-class degree, second-class degree, and upper credit, and those in related area of study.
- For National Certificate of Education (NCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), and other advanced level certificates, ADSU accept a minimum of pass.
- Students who fail to partake in the screening exercise will not be considered for ADSU admission.
- He/she must write ADSU post-UTME screening examination and reach the expected cut-off mark
- Candidates’ Ordinary Level results must not be more than just one sitting. Two sitting results are unacceptable for admission into Adamawa State University.
- Applicants must ensure their choice of subject combination is accurate for their choice of course.
