This scholarship is awarded to students at the university level. The Scholarship Scheme is sponsored by NNPC/Shell/Elf/Agip Joint Venture, but SPDC runs it on their behalf.
About 4,000 (four thousand) Nigerian undergraduates who write the shell’s aptitude tests and pass, become beneficiaries of the scholarship.
