JAMB UTME Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for JAMB UTME undergraduate programs of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare are:
- It is through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), that all admission into the university shall be done
- All candidates must obtain five (5) credits at SSCE or its equivalent in relevant subjects
- Candidates must reach the age of 18 and above
- SSCE results should not be more than two (2) sittings,
- The credit passes of the SSCE must include English Language and Mathematics
- Candidates must have a score of 160 or above on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Examination
- And have to choose FUHSA as their First Choice institution
- All candidates must reach the acceptable cut-off points in UTME in relevant subjects
- candidates who meet the requirements for admission shall also pass the screening test to be conducted by the University
- Till The University last up to two years, it will not accept transfer students
- Apart from the general admission requirements, prospective students must also meet the faculty and departmental requirements where they belong

The admission requirements for Direct Entry undergraduate programs of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare are

Courses Offered At FUSHI
This is to announce to all the students and the general public that the National University Commission NUC, has approved new courses that will take effect immediately at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State. This was made known to the university management in a letter addressed to the JAMB registrar.
This is how the letter reads: “I am hereby, directed to convey to the Registrar, the Executive Secretary’s approval for the establishment of new courses and programs in Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State, this was done relative to the university’s ability to satisfy the requirements for their establishment with effect from the 2021/2022 academic session.
Listed below are the new programs approved by the commission:
- MBBS – Medicine & Surgery
- BDS – Dentistry and Dental Surgery
- B.NSc – Bachelor of Nursing Science.
- B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics.
- B.Rad – Bachelor of Radiography.
