Overview of the Federal University Of Agriculture
The Federal University of Agriculture, Zuru was founded in 2020. It was founded first and originally as the College of Agriculture, Zuru. The prestigious college of education had an affiliation with Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
The NBTE assumed the supervision and accreditation of the college programs, much after the establishment of the National Board for Technical Education (N.B.T.E) in 1977 by the Federal Government. Senator Barau Jibrin proposed the bill for the establishment of the university in 2019. Later that same year, around April 2019, the bill passed through the third reading. And after that, the university began its operation in September 2020.

His Excellency President Mohammed Buhari on April 2020, appointed Musa Isiyaku Ahmed as the Vice-Chancellor, and the same while Eze Eberechi N.
