Price Of FUWUKARI 2023/2024 Screening Form
The cost of FUWUKARI’s Post-UTME Screening Form is 2,000 Naira Only.
All Candidates who meet the stated eligibility criteria and wish to take part in the Post-UTME Screening Exercise are advised to make payment of the non-refundable fee (N2000) via the University’s Portal after generating their RRR Number on the REMITA Platform
FUWUKARI Post UTME & DE Screening Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to participate in the Screening Exercise, all candidates must meet the following requirements:
- In addition to scoring a minimum of 150 points in the just concluded UTME Exams or applying for Direct Entry (DE), Candidates must have selected Federal University, Wukari as their first choice institution of Study.
- They must have also registered their profile in the Official FUWUKARI Post UTME Portal.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 5 relevant O’Level credit passes, (Mathematics and English Language inclusive) in a number of sittings not exceeding two. This applies to both DE and UTME Candidates
- They must have duly printed out the 2023/2024 Result Slip
- Possession of at least a Lower Credit graded National Diploma in a relevant course and a minimum of 8 points with the appropriate subject combination at NCE and IJMB for Direct Entry (DE) Admission.
All Candidates must ensure that they upload the same O’Level results both on FUWUKARI’s Portal and the Official JAMB Website (CAPS). This is because any irregularities in the results of any other information may result in disqualification of the affected Candidate
Also, ensure that you provide only authentic and valid documents as any false declarations or cases of forgery shall not be taken lightly.
Steps Of Application For FUWUKARI Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form
When you navigate to the home page of the Federal University, Wukari’s website portal, locate and click on Post-UTME Screening Registration.
Every Candidate is advised to read carefully, the Registration instructions that follow after clicking ‘Pre-Admission Instructions’.
Next, carefully input your JAMB Registration Number and Surname in the respective boxes to access the University’s Admission Portal
After that,
- Note that as stated above, the cost of registration is N2,000 only. This is not inclusive of bank charges.
- UTME Candidates are demanded to click on the ‘Get Details’ Tab to access their JAMB information.
- DE Candidates are advised to click on the ‘OK’ button in the displayed dialog box, and then enter their names; and then
- Locate and click on the ‘Make Payment’ Link to get redirected to the WEBPAY Page.
- Bear in mind that all UTME Candidates who are eligible for their courses of study can proceed to effect payment by providing all required information.
- Make Payment
- If paying with your Debit Card, select your Debit Card type (i.e Mastercard or Verve)
- Supply your Card Number
- Input your Card Expiry Date, CVV, and Card Pin and click on ‘Pay’
- Avoid refreshing your browser when the transaction is in progress to avoid incurring multiple deductions to your account. However, if the page is dormant, close your browser and restart the process.
- After logging in, click on the ‘Continue Registration’ link located on the main menu.
- Supply your bio-data and other required details on the web page. Also, you would be required to upload a recent passport of you by clicking. However, the passport must not exceed 25KB in file size.
Specifications For Uploaded Passport
For the passport to be acceptable, it must meet the following requirements:
- The passport format acceptable is JPEG
- Also, the passport must be a digital passport photograph
- Passport resolution must be a minimum of 200DPI
- The minimum acceptable passport dimension is 600 x 600 Pixels
- The passport must capture your head down to the top of your shoulders in such a way that your face consumes as much as 70%-80% of the photograph.
- You must be directly looking into the Camera
The passport must display your natural skin tone - The passport must be taken against a uniform red background
- Maximum passport size is 25KB
Upon completion of your bio-data stage, locate and click on the ‘Next Step’ Button, then click on ‘OK’ in the accompanying dialog box.
- All DE Candidates should endeavor to complete their programs of choice and then click on ‘Save’, and thereafter click on the accompanying message dialog box.
- On completion of the Institution of choice, click the ‘Next Step’ button.
- Also, for the DE Candidates;
- All DE Candidates are demanded to select the highest academic qualification in their possession from the drop-down, and then click on ‘Save’, On the dialog box, click ‘OK’
- When done selecting their highest qualification and any other additional qualification, they should click on ‘Save’
- When done with that, they should go ahead and click on ‘Next Step’
- All Candidates (both DE and UTME) are demanded to add their O’Level details as follows:
- Click on the drop-down button and then select the applicable number of sittings.
- Enter all required O’Level details by selecting the displayed grades as applicable in their results, and then;
- Click on the submit button, and next, click on the ‘OK’ button in the accompanying message dialog box.
- Click the ‘Print Tab’ to print out the following:
- Your Post-UTME Screening Registration Form, and
- Your payment receipt
Key Facts To Note About The FUWUKARI Post-UTME Screening
Ensure to use your name in the same order as you did in your JAMB UTME Applications.
Also, ensure to submit a valid phone number and email address as the University shall not be held responsible for any unsuccessful applications arising from invalid phone number(s) or email address(es)
Failure to upload your O’Level Certificates to the Official JAMB(CAPS) website means that you may not be considered for Admission into the University. This should be carried out at the nearest accredited JAMB CBT Centre.
To be eligible to apply for this Admission Screening Exercise, you must have reached a minimum age of 16 years or above
If you had selected the University as your second choice Institution, you are advised to go ahead and change it to your First choice Institution. If you do not change it, you will not be considered for Admission into the University as it accepts only First Choice entries.
