You must note that as a new applicant you have to apply for the master’s program first before you are eligible to apply for the scholarship else you will not be accepted.

Also you can only gain the scholarship after you have been accepted into the program. And lastly you need to note that this scholarship is not transferrable between different institutions.

  5. You can do the above by clicking on the “my application” list on your displayed homepage. You have to note that it is only one application that is being taken per competition by a single applicant.
  6. Any master student who have already applied for the Tri agency Canadian graduate students master ma7 choose to use their CGS-M application within the harmonized scholarship process.

In other to achieve this you have to select Master level CGSM opt in to be the submission category and then proceed for submission.

The deadline for this is December 1st. you have to submit your transcript and your reference letter so as to be processed and linked by the faculty of graduate studies to link it to your opt in form.

  1. If you are an applicant without the CGS-M you have to follow and fill the full ha5rmonized scholarship application form.
  2. You are to diligently complete the self-identification questionnaire that is online. This enable you application to be sorted and reviewed. Information in the questionnaire is not exposed but strictly confidential.
  3. After the questionnaire session, you are to click the next button and then save your application. This will enable you to close the application. You can always go back to update the application before the deadline.
  4. All transcript most be officially sent to the school portal in line with the instructions on the application.
  5. If you are submitting multiple transcripts you must combine them in a single PDF before submitting or uploading it.
  6. All application are to be submitted before the deadline of the scholarship.
