The cost of applying for an international passport in Nigeria depends on some factors such as age and booklet pages, and there are 32 paged booklets and 64 paged booklets.

32 booklet pages for minors and age persons is N8,750, while N15,000 is for adults between 18 – 59. The 64 pages booklet is fixed at N20, 000, it does not consider age or any other factor.

First Step

Visit the Nigerian Immigration Portal:

Log in to the Nigerian Immigration Portal (https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/), to commence your application process.

Second Step 

Select the Application Form:

You have to choose the appropriate application form. It all depends on what you want, which could be E-passport Application Form or MRP-passport application form.

Third Step

Choose Passport Type:

Here you have to choose the type of passport you want. The available options are just two

  • Standard e-passport” 
  • Or “official e-passport”.
  • After choosing the passport type, click the “Start application” button.

Fourth Step 

Fill out the Application Form:
