 About Ghent University Doctoral Scholarships
This is a scholarship that is being given to promising PhD students specifically from developing countries. The scholarship is a Special Research fund scholarship for people who want to continue or carry out their PhD research at Ghent University only.
The scholarship covers twenty-four (24) months of the scholarship and the other parts will be sponsored are funded by the applicants. As such all applicants who wish to be selected should have full-time funding for the other twenty-four months of the research carried out in the sought.

A bench fee of € 310 monthly during the research period and a travel budget of € 8.000 which covers the operational cost, travelling cost etc.
