To be Admitted to Bayelsa State Polytechnic, you need to meet the following criteria:

1. Writing of the UTME JAMB is very compulsory for all aspirants, without writing Jamb, you may not be considered for admission.
2.  Meeting up with the school’s Cutoff mark in your UTME Jamb, the Jamb cut-off mark for BYSPOLY is from 100 and above.
3. In your SSCE result, that’s your O’Level certificate, you must obtain up to Five credit passes, which includes Mathematics and English.
4. From your WAEC, NECO, NETBAB, GCE, and ECT, your relevant courses must have a credit pass on them.
5. You will have to choose the school as your preferred First choice or second choice in your Jamb Registration.
