What Are UNIABUJA Post UTME & DE Screening Eligibility Criteria?
To be eligible to participate in the Screening Exercise, all candidates must meet the following requirements:
- In addition to scoring a minimum of 180 points in the just concluded UTME Exams or applying for the University’s Direct Entry (DE), Candidates must have selected the University of Abuja, Gwagwalada as their first choice Institution of Study.
- They must have also registered their profile in the Official UNIABUJA Post UTME Portal.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 5 relevant O’Level credit passes, (Mathematics and English Language inclusive) in a number of sittings not exceeding two. This applies to both DE and UTME Candidates
- They must have duly printed out the 2023/2024 Result Slip
- Possession of at least a Lower Credit graded National Diploma in a relevant course and a minimum of 8 points with an appropriate subject combination at NCE and IJMB for Direct Entry (DE) Admission.
All Candidates must ensure that they upload the same O’Level results both on UNIABUJA’s Portal and the Official JAMB Website (CAPS). This is because any irregularities in the results of any other information may result in disqualification of the affected Candidate

Steps Of Application for UNIABUJA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form
Carefully follow the below-listed instructions to successfully apply for the 2023/2024 UNIABUJA Post UTME Screening:
- Visit the university’s portal at http://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng then click on ‘Apply’
- After that, locate the ‘Undergraduate’ link on the left pane and click on it.
- Input your JAMB Registration Number, then click on “Get details”
- Duly complete your basic information as required on the next page that comes up ensuring that you only provide a valid email address and phone number, then click ‘next’
- Up next comes the payment review page where you are to click on “Generate RRR”. After doing this, you will get redirected to another page.
- On the next page that comes up, click “submit” to get redirected to the Remita Payment Page.
- If paying with your Debit Card, proceed and input your ATM card number (Mastercard or Visa) and other details as required and submit.
- Once done with that, enter the “OTP Code” sent to your device and click “continue” to get on with your payment.
- After completing your payment successfully, click on “Main login” on the university’s portal, and input your JAMB Registration Number and surname as password.
- Next, click on “Login to dashboard”
- Once that is out of the way, click on “Application form” and complete your registration
- However, be sure to print out your completed registration form, exam schedule, and payment receipt.
