Direct Entry Requirement to Special Education
For those applying as a direct entry candidate, here are the requirements for JAMB application:
- Two passes in A level in Art or in Social Science subject
- Merit in NCE In Arts or in Social Science Subjects
UTME Requirement for Special Education
- It is expected to have five O’level passes and English must be included.
Steps to Apply JAMB
Here are Important information to take note of when applying for JAMB, including the following:
JAMB Profile
Before applying for JAMB, This is the first step to take, you will have to create a JAMB profile. Without a JAMB profile, you cannot make any registrations.
Profile Code Creation
The next step is creating a Profile Code. it is a 10-digit number. Without creating a JAMB Profile Code, you will not be able to register for JAMB Successfully.

When you have successfully acquired your Jamb profile and have gotten your JAMB code or the E-pin, then you can log in to your portal with your Username and password. To that, you will have to update your profile, and then get started with registration.
Which Bank Sell JAMB Form
Here is the list of banks that sell JAMB Form. you can only buy the JAMB form after you have created your Profile code and obtained an e-pin for the registration.

Method of payment for E-pin
There are six different methods of payment for e-Pin, choose the one suitable for you and make your payment.
Bank Payment
You can make your payment in the bank including Microfinance Bank, here are the steps:
- In the bank, present your Profile Code, then make payment either by cash or by card.
- When that is done, you will receive ePin in your phone which will be sent to you.
POS Payment
This payment through POS is available at any State Office of JAMB and CBT centers. Apart from there, you can use any POS outlet. Here is the procedure:
- Present your Profile Code and make the payment
- ePin will be sent to your phone after payment is done.
Money Money Operator
Another means to make payment is through Mobile Money Operators. This can be done at CBT Centers or in any outlets. The payment is done this way:
- Show your Profile Code and make the payment
- The ePin will be delivered to the user’s phone
Using ATM
In any of the banks mentioned you could make payments through those bank ATMs. Here is the method of payment:
- In the ATM Machine, select Bill Payment, with options displayed, tap on JAMB
- Key in the required profile code and make the payment
- Your e-pin will be delivered to your phone after payment is made.
Online Payment
Here are the steps to make payment for ePin through Online platform:
- First of all, visit the JAMB Website
- Click on Purchase of Application Document, depending on the year, you choose.
- Key in your Profile Code
- Select the method of payment you want to use, it could be InterSwitch or Remita
- Then make your payment
- Your ePin will be sent to you after making the payment
Foreign Center Payment Procedure
For those in foreign countries, here is the procedure to pay for ePin:
- There are Nine Countries that are approved for JAMB, for the registration fee for foreigners is $20.
- Now candidates who are from any of these nine countries can download the application from the JAMB Website, make the application, and submit the fees to any of the Nine designated countries.
Or Another Method for Foreigner
- Foreign Candidate should visit the JAMB Official Website
- When you have opened the official website, create a profile
- Then log into the profile
- On the web page, on the menu of the left pane, options are displayed, Click on where you see foreign UTME/DE registration.
- Give all the information s needed, then you will be redirected to the page you need to make payment.
- With the option displayed on what method to make payment, you choose and payment
- When all of that is done, you have completed your registration directly online.
