First Step: Get all your document

For your application to be considered complete, these are the list of things you need to submit.

  • The supporting documentation that was asked for needs to be among your document
  • The information that was asked on the checklist for principal applicant and dependant needs to be included.
  • The form that is completed by the principal applicant must be included.
  • Translation of document. This is for those whose documents are not in English or French.

NOTE: All those documents mentioned above are very important and it is a must it is all submitted, without that, they will be returned to you through your mail. And when submitting them, submit them as the document type.

Certified true copies of the candidate

Before your photocopy of a document is certified, there must be an authorized person who must compare the original document of your copy to the photocopy. All these must be printed  

  • every document presented certifies that this is a true copy of the original document
  • the name of the original document
  • their name
  • their signature
  • their official position or title
  • the date of the certification

NOTE: Only authorized people can certify this form, NOT spouse, guardian, parent, child, common-law partner, sibling, applicants themselves
