After the creation of Edo and Delta States in August 1991, the then Bendel State University, Ekpoma become Edo State University in December 1991, and as a result, there was a need for the establishment of an autonomous Delta State University, Abraka, which became a reality on 30th April 1992, by his Excellency Olorogun Felix Ibru, the then Executive Governor of the State.

- Fill completely the form with your JAMB Registration Number, email, and phone number in the space provided.
- Click on the submit and proceed to generate the pin
- After generating the pin, print it out.
- Then make your payment either online or via bank

- Also, use the pin to make a payment of N2, 000.00 only to the DELSU admission account in any bank via your ATM card
- This is to be done immediately because the pin can only be valid for six hours and after that, it will become invalid.

DELSU UTME Admission Requirements
For to gain admission as a prospective student of DELSU you must meet certain requirements. The DELSU admission requirements through UTME are listed below:
- Expected applicants must be up to sixteen (16) years of age.
- Applicants must also possess at least 5 (five Credits) pass in their Ordinary Level result (s), in either WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects related to their course of study. Two sitting O’level is not accepted.
If for instance, a student wants to study Medicine, he or she must have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry,
- Applicants’ scores in the JAMB UTME examination must reach the institution’s accepted cut of marks of 170.
- Applicants must choose subject combinations that tally with their courses of study.
- The candidate must score up to the required cut-off mark that is required for the course they want to study, in the school.
Admission Requirement for DELSU Direct Entry
Direct Entry applicants must meet the following conditions for their admission:
- The applicant must present the JAMB Direct Entry form from JAMB’s official website
- The expected applicant must be up to sixteen (16) years of age.
- Applicants must also possess at least 5 (five Credits) pass in their Ordinary level results, in either WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects related to their course of study. Two sitting O’level is not accepted.
- Direct Entry, applicants must have any of the certificates below: OND, NCE, Cambridge A level, IJMB, BSc, and HND
