He studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Calabar, and now, Ambrose Bryant Chukwueloka Orjiako is a trained orthopedic and trauma surgeon from the University of Calabar (UNICAL).   

He is a great medical practitioner known by virtually all medical students in Nigeria and as such, he is an inspiration to young doctors and medical students all over Nigeria. Dr. ABC, Orjiako, after graduating from the university, proceeded to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital for many years, and from there, he moved to the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos, where he receive trained as an orthopedic surgeon and traumatic management.

 In 1996, he became a full member of the West African College of Surgeons (WACS), where he takes care of traumatic and orthopedic patients.

ABC, Orjiako also engaged in other private businesses apart from the medical profession. He is into the upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil Industry, Shipping, Banking Insurance, and Pharmaceuticals. He was a one-time CEO of Shebah E&P Company Limited, one of the biggest Oli firms in Nigeria. The Chairman of Zebbra Energy Limited is the chairman and co-founder of Seplat petroleum.
