NDLEA Recruitment Training Schedule – Did you apply for the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Recruitment for 2023? If you did, this information is for you and those whose names are on the list of successful candidates.

After the application and recruitment of candidates into the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), the agency has finally released the training schedule for all the successful candidates.

Having said that, in this article, our target is to give you full details of the training schedule, in terms of the date the training is to commence, the venue where each of the two cadres is to obtain their training, the items that candidates are to report to camp with. These are the things we are going to focus on today.

This is to inform all the candidates whose names have been found in the list of successful candidates that the NDLEA recruitment training has officially been fixed and candidates are to get themselves prepared for the training which is scheduled to commence on  27th July 2023 (Thursday) Narcotic Officers (Superintendent Cadre), and  12th August 2023 (Saturday), for the Narcotic Assistants (NA & NASS Cadre).

NDLEA trainees are expected to find out about the training requirements, their reporting dates, and their training centers, all depending on their cadre.

NDLEA Training Location Details

The training has been fixed for all the successful and qualified candidates of NDLEA, and here are the training centers for both the Narcotic Officers and the Assistant Narcotic Officers.

Narcotic Officers Basic (Cadet) training will take place at the NDLEA Academy, Kotton Rikus, in Jos Plateau State, while Narcotic Agent/Assistants training will be carried out at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), at KM 4 Babbar-Ruga Batsari Road in Katsina State.

NDLEA Training Duration

All the successful candidates for the NDLEA training are to undergo training for a period of time as specified by the management of NDLEA, and the training period will span for about (2) two weeks. All the selected candidates are encouraged to report to their one training camp as specified above.

Items Required for the NDLEA Training

All the candidates who applied, and took part in the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Recruitment, and found their names in the list of successful candidates are requested to come to the training with some training items such as: 

  • Original and copies of vital documents, 
  • Documents such as National Identification Number (NIN) and NDLEA online application reference are to be presented
  • Quadruple recent color photographs 
  • Essential writing tools such as biros, pencils, rulers, notebooks, and file jackets.
  • Three pairs of unmarked, white round-neck vests
  • A navy-blue shorts (stripes not permitted).
  • You have to purchase white and black socks (Two pairs each)
  • Pure black canvas trainers (No rubber variants).
  • wo white bed sheets, pillowcases, and a blanket (grey or army green only).
  • Two grey or army green pairs of formal attire or national dress, including casual outfits and shoes.
  • You have to buy buckets, cutlasses, and brooms.
  • Personal expenses money and toiletries.
  • A mosquito net.

Important Notification

No pregnant mothers or those expecting babies will be allowed into the training

All female trainees will continuously undergo drug integrity and pregnancy tests through pout the training period, and anyone found positive will be automatically disqualified.
