The Federal University of Agriculture Zuru
The Federal University of Agriculture Zuru was first established as a College of Agriculture, Zuru. Previously, the College of Education was affiliated with Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. FAUZ is located at Zuru in Kebbi State, Nigeria.
After the National Board for Technical Board of Education was established in 1977 by the Federal government, to regulate Technical Education in Nigeria, The National Board for Technical Board of Education kicked start the supervision and accreditation of the college programs.
After the new University was announced, they started operation in September 2020, by then the former president of Nigeria, the President, Muhammed Buhari had appointed Musa Isiyaku Ahmed as the university Vice-Chancellor. while in 2021, the First Chancellor was appointed in the person of Eze Eberechi N. Dick.
