Tinapa Shopping Resort

The Resort was developed under PPP (private-public partnership) and promoted by the Government of Cross River State. It has facilities for retail and wholesale as well as for leisure and entertainment.

The shopping Resort has 80,000 square meters (861,113 sq ft) of lettable space for wholes and retailers which is made up of four emporiums of 10,000 square meters (110,000 sq ft) each, smaller shops, and warehouses. It also has entertainment strips that contain digital cinema, a casino, a children’s arcade, restaurants, a nightclub, a mini-amphitheater, and Pubs.

The place includes an Open exhibition area for trade exhibitions and other events and a movie production studio which is commonly known called Tinapa Studios. There are Two Hundred and Fouty-three Room International three-star hotels.
