MTN Science and Technology Scholarship 2024/2025 Application Procedure

The MTN  scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are in one way or another unable to pay for their tertiary education and the Organization aims to recognize and reward academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria for the MTN Scholarship Scheme

• One of the eligibility criteria is to be a Nigerian citizen.
• To get the scholarship, you must be a full-time third-year student who is studying in public tertiary institutions like Universities,
• It is expected to have maintained a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or its equivalent Either second-class upper or upper credit.
• For those applying as direct entry, they must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0(upper credit ) from the OND program and must have secured admission into a 300-level/3rd-year in a public university.

Here are the steps on how to make an application below:

When you have logged into the site:

• Options will be displayed for you to select the scholarship you applying for
• When that is done, your danger will be required.

When that section is done, move to the options, UTME Information

• Have you received a scholarship before? In this section, you will need to select a Yes or No answer
• Year of Admission
• What mode of Admission were you given
• Your UTME Registration Number

After you have completed this section, next is the Institution Information

• Classification of Institution
• Tertiary Institution
• Faculty
• Department
• Course of Study
• Matriculation Number
• You will be asked how you will fund your education currently

When that is done, click on “Next”, the next is still the continuation of Institution Information

• Your current CGPA will be required
• Course of Duration
• Mode of study
• Next of Kin’s Occupation
• Next of kin’s Phone Number
• Your Next of kin’s Email Address.
• Relationship with Next of Kin

Click on the “Next button when all of that is done” on the last Page, and you will be asked for a personal Statement.

when you have given your personal statement on why you think you deserve that scholarship, then click on the submit button.
