About NITDA Salary Structure

So in NITDA, there are 10 grade levels, from step 1 to step 5. As a new employee, you will start your salary from the lowest grade that you entered, which is grade level 7, and that is what will determine the salary that you will earn.

In the same way, the Grade level 17 (Steps 1-5), is the highest grade of the National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and so they earn the highest salary in that organization.

- Grade level 13 (Step 1-6)

- Grade level 14 (Step 1-5)

- Grade level 15 (Step 1-5)

- Grade level 16 (Steps 1-5)
Salary earned per year = N2,856,000 – N4,272,000

Anyone who has attained the Grade 17 Step 5 is automatically qualified to become the Director General of the NITDA, but this will be subject to the approval of the president.

NITDA Allowances
Working as an employee of the National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is one of the most fantastic things that will ever happen to you if you have the opportunity and the privilege of being recruited by the body.
Apart from the basic monthly salary that NITDA employees are paid, there is also an allowance that they receive. There are 4 different types of allowances that they receive.
