PLE is a short form of the primary leaving examination. This examination is that which is given to students who have completed their seven years in primary school.

Currently, the results for 2024/2025 have been released and have been published online. All students who had sat for this examination are requested to check their results which are on the Uganda National Examination Board website.

Uganda PLE Results Online Checking Process 

1. Using a preferred browser with an active data connection open your preferred browser 
2. Log on to the UEC website at https://ereg.uneb.ac.ug/eresults/home/landing/register.html.
3. If you have an account already you click on the login and then provide your login details.  
4. If you do not have an account, you are to register by providing your email and your phone number and you will be able to access your dashboard
5. In cases of forgetting your password click on reset and then provide your center number, phone number, and email address
6. Once login, click on the result page 
7. Input your index number and then click on search
8. Your result page will be displayed
9. You can screenshot it, save the softcopy offline or you can print it for use 

Check Uganda PLE Results Via SMS

To check the student’s PLE results through the message you need to have a calling card in your phone as you will be charged

1. Open your message application
2. Click on the new message 
3. Type PLE and then Space and type your Index number
4. On the recipient number type 6600
5. The format will be PLE 002500/009
6. Ensure that the numeric data you typed is correct and that it is not double-spacing 
7. Click on the send button
8. You have to note that each message you send to this number with this format is charged a service fee of 500 shilling
9. Your examination details will be sent to you shortly. You can choose to copy it out, screenshot, or save it for use.

How to See Uganda PLE Results Through the School Centre 

The school is always being sent a copy of the examination result either through email or a delivery system. All candidates who do not have access to the online process or the SMS option are advised to go to their school and then provide their candidate’s numbers for their examination results
