Gboko Polytechnic admission requirements for candidates who are applying for admission as National Diploma students are what we are going to discuss now in this section.
Therefore all the candidates in this level (National Diploma) are to study the admission requirements outlined for them by the school that will qualify them for admission into Gboko Polytechnic. Now, see the admission requirements:
- Before you are qualified to apply for admission at Gbokoi Polytechnic, you have to be 16 years of age and above
- Candidates at this level are required to have credit passes in 5 from their O’Level results (SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB).
- Don’t forget that English Language and Mathematics should be part of the five credits
- Only two sitings, O’Level results will not be accepted by the institution
- You have to register and write JAMB, for the year you intend to have admission because every admission is done through JAMB.
- Your JAMB score must reach the required cut-off point of JAMB, but Gboko requires that you score up to 120, that is what qualifies you for the Gboko Polytechnic screening exercise.

There is an additional admission requirement for Gboko Polytechnic Higher National Diploma candidates who are applying for admission at this level. Since they are applying as direct entry students, it is believed that they have met all the requirements for Nationa Diploma, so we will add other requirements that they are to satisfy as direct entry candidates.
