General Admission Requirements for the Candidate

The General Requirement for Candidates who seek admission must have SSCE (to get their original result before the 2023/2024 admission exercise. WAEC and NECO), and NABTEB with a minimum of four credit passes in subjects that include English Language and Mathematics

Candidates who are awaiting their results in their ‘O’ level will be considered; but in such cases, candidates.

Admission Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates

Here are the requirements for candidates who wish to gain admission into Bayelsa Medical University, through Direct Entry:

  • Candidates must have at least a minimum of 5 credits passed in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) or an Ordinary Level Credits not more than a maximum of 2 sittings.
